South Baldwin Regional Home Health is licensed in the state of Alabama, is certified to accept Medicare patients and is CHAP Accredited.
“Medicare-certified means the home health agency is approved by Medicare and meets certain federal health and safety requirements,” according to Medicare.gov.
The Community Health Accreditation Program, Inc. (CHAP, Inc.) is an independent, non-profit accrediting body for community based health care organizations. CHAP Accreditation publicly certifies that an organization has voluntarily met the highest standards of excellence from home and/or community based health care.
